CONSENT
by which, under material and criminal liability, I declare that I am an authorized person to enter data on the website of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Dubrovnik, Dr. Ante Starčevića 24, OIB: 88346172251 (hereinafter: DGTB) and that all entered data is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
By giving this consent, I explicitly confirm and warrant that in relation to photographs and/or other content uploaded to the DGTB website, there are no rights of third parties that would limit or diminish the right of DGTB regarding the use and exploitation of said photographs and/or content.
I hereby also confirm and warrant under material and criminal liability that for all photographs and other content (including, but not limited to, video materials, music, photographs taken with mobile phones, etc.) uploaded in any way to the DGTB website, copyright relations have been regulated, i.e. I confirm and warrant that I am the author of the photographs and/or other content, or that I am the exclusive holder of copyrights and have the right to dispose of such photographs and/or other content for the benefit of DGTB.

In addition to the above, by this consent I give explicit permission to DGTB to use uploaded photographs and/or other content for any purpose, commercially and non-commercially, without spatial, temporal and content limitations. Furthermore, in case of breach of the above warranties, I undertake to be liable for all damages incurred.
In addition to the above, by this consent I give explicit permission to DGTB to use uploaded content, including but not limited to personal data, for any purpose, commercially and non-commercially, without spatial, temporal and content limitations in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/2018). In case of breach of the above warranties, I undertake to be liable to DGTB for all damages incurred.
Likewise, under material and criminal liability, I declare that all uploaded data (including personal data) on the DGTB website is accurate, complete and up-to-date and I assume full responsibility for the accuracy of their content. I confirm that I am responsible for all submitted content and personal data and that DGTB is not responsible for the accuracy and currency of the entered data.
DGTB assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and currency of data entered by advertisers. Advertisers are solely responsible for all submitted data and content.
I am aware of the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Finally, by this consent I agree that DGTB may at its discretion approve photographs and/or other content to be published on its website and I confirm that I fully understand and agree to all the above provisions of this Consent.
